It's MY Prerogative...: I <3 the 80s!

This collage says it all... What a GREAT night out! Last night was one of my best friends 10th anniversary of her 21st birthday! We rocked it OLD SCHOOL. It was 80s night. The party was PERFECT! Dancin' the night away with my love, my best friends (whom happen to be my teammates), and their friends. The club/bar was CROWDED with three themed parties going on, and regular patrons as well. It was crazy. There was a Santa party, a Snuggie party, and us the 80s crew. To make it even better the DJ was "radical" and played LOTS of 80s music, and our reserved tables were covered with 80s candy!

Here I am, just finishing up getting dressed! I must say, it was the perfect weekend for this party. On 94.7 it was REVENGE OF THE 80s WEEKEND! They played 80s music all weekend long. Which was really fun to get ready to, and listen to on the way to the party! Oh, and let's not talk about the evil stares and shoutouts I got on the 6 block walk to the bar! =)

My belt was killer. And I just LOVED my layered tights. They were fun to wear. Oh, and the leg warmers... I can't take them off- I love them! (Reminds me of a dance routine and costume I did when I was a child) Thanks RUE 21 for helping make my oufit perfect!

Some of my BEST friends (who I happen to work with every day) in all our 80s glory. Even though we were all children in the 80s, I think we did a great job on our outfits.

And what would the 80s be without a little MICHAEL JACKSON! The party crew is actually the same people who love MJ like I do. We have been to several MJ events all over... hence the GLOVES! We can't get enough of him. The DJ played tons of Michael for us. And no matter where any of us are, we always have the glove with us. The first beat of an MJ song, everyone digs to find the glove and slips it on! People go nuts for the glove! The best purchase I ever made!
